Individual counseling
You will work one on one with me as we explore a variety of issues that are negatively impacting everyday life. Each person is different and will bring his or her own needs to therapy. I will work collaboratively with you as we explore areas that need to be addressed and develop a plan to work towards healing and growth.
Common issues include anxiety/depression, trauma, relationship, life transitions, and coping skills.
55 min session - $150
couple's counseling
Every relationship goes through ups and downs. Sometimes to move forward in a partnership, assistance may be necessary. I will support you and your partner to identify and work through conflict. Additionally, we will work on improving and healing the relationship.
​Common issues include: communication, trust, conflict resolution, forgiveness, and developing understanding.
55 min session - $150
Counseling Intern
We believe in fostering the next generation of skilled therapists. That's why we offer a unique opportunity: counseling interns working toward their degree and licensure.
Interns provide individual and couples counseling at a reduced rate of $30 per 55-minute session.
This service is delivered under the close supervision of a highly experienced, licensed therapist, ensuring you receive comprehensive, high-quality care while supporting the growth of an emerging professional.

cancellation policy
Insurance
Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled appointment.
If a session is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a $100 fee may be charged.
I currently accept Cigna, Aetna, United Health Care, Medicaid (Colorado Community Access) and Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield
Please contact your insurance to determine if you are eligible for sessions and copay.
I can also provide you with a receipt as an out-of-network provider. You will need to contact your insurance provider to see if they offer reimbursement.
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
