I offer a compassionate, empathetic approach to help adults and adolescents from all backgrounds navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your unique experiences, work toward healing, and foster personal growth. I will walk alongside you as you navigate your path toward greater well-being.

My Approach
While grounded in the humanistic tradition, I use an integrated approach that draws from person-centered, constructivist, feminist, cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapies. Together, we will explore how your past experiences shape current struggles and how your present thoughts and feelings influence your behaviors and beliefs.
