My Counseling Style

I provide experiential therapy that does not solely focus on talk therapy. I incorporate many mediums to maximize the amount of growth and healing that you would like to get from counseling.

I have found that the relationship I build with you is the most important facilitator towards growth. It is my goal to create a safe and collaborative space in order to support what you want to accomplish.

When working with children, I use the language of play. This allows for a child to communicate in a way that is comfortable. Opportunities for self-expression, exploration, and healing will be created with the use of play.
